A superb event in the Peak District, starting with a night section with very tight timing and requiring great navigation. The next day comprised a series of road regularities and tests, some very slippy as they were thick with cow muck in places. Unseasonable October sunshine made for a great day in WNR although the liberal coating of pig-muck gave her a distinctive aroma. Thank-goodness for the Esso in Chesterfield, but I fear their Jet Wash may never be the same again!
